Cliffside walks, surfing beaches and rural cycle lanes

The Old Brewhouse is an idyllic stone cottage situated within easy walking distance to the Island’s most outstanding beaches, most beautiful country lanes and most iconic downland paths.

Converted from a 16th Century Brewhouse, the cottage has been lovingly restored to provide modern living of a very high standard. Accommodation is comprised of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin, modern kitchen/dining room, bathroom with separate shower, laundry room with wc, large sitting room and sunny conservatory equipped with table tennis and large dining table. All rooms are freshly decorated and enjoy dual aspect windows facing south to the sea and north to the downs. Fibre-optic wifi is provided throughout the house and complimented with high-spec appliances like bluetooth speakers and Smart TV.

The cottage is located on a quiet non-through lane which runs parallel to the Island’s famous coastal path and spills out on to many other paths leading to popular beauty spots. The front drive provides convenient parking for 3 cars as well as a sunny early morning coffee patio. The south-facing rear garden boasts a large patio which is bathed in sunshine all day long and opens out onto a highly manicured lawn, bounded by a low stone wall adjacent to luxurious fields of outstanding natural beauty which roll gently down to the sea.
